The combined content totals 1000 mg, meaning I need to take three capsules, which isn’t very cost-effective, and there's excessive saturated fat. While many dislike the ethyl esters form, we prefer triglycerides. Thanks to Omega-3, my husband’s health metrics improved, his cholesterol rose, and his atherogenic coefficient normalised. Omega-3 works, and we’ll opt for Oslomega next time due to its superior composition.

I liked this product. I’ve been taking it for 2.5 months alongside a vitamin complex. I’m preparing to become a mother and followed my doctor's advice.
